If you are looking for a day of pampering, Miss Carol’s Beauty Salon or Trudy’s Texas Tan are great options.

Each year, Clinton hosts the annual Little Italy Festival that is held over Labor Day weekend, and it celebrates the area’s coal mining and Italian heritage. This festival draws in over 75,000 visitors each year, offering food, a wine garden, tours, and grape stomping. The festival is also host of the state’s Indiana Bocce Ball championship.

Clinton residents will want to invest in both home heating and cooling systems to use at different points of the year, and it is recommended that the autumn and spring months are used to ensure that the units are working properly. Summers in Clinton tend to be hot and humid, and while average highs can reach the upper 80s, high humidity levels will make it feel even warmer, requiring a cool place to beat the heat. Additionally, weather conditions can also become dangerous during the winter, especially since overnight lows fall below the freezing point, and a heat pump or furnace will be crucial in keeping Clinton area residents are throughout these months.
